Prevalensi Dan Manifestasi Drug Related Problems (DRPs) Pada Terapi Pasien Tuberkulosis Resistan Obat (TB RO): A Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

Tuberkulosis Resistan Obat (TB RO) merupakan tantangan signifikan bagi kesehatan global yang memerlukan regimen terapi lini kedua yang kompleks, multiobat, serta berdurasi panjang. Kompleksitas farmakoterapi ini meningkatkan kerentanan pasien terhadap  Drug Related Problems  (DRPs) yang dapat menghambat keberhasilan klinis dan keselamatan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prevalensi dan manifestasi DRPs pada pasien TB RO melalui metode  Systematic Literature Review  (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan pada tujuh database elektronik meliputi  Google Scholar, PubMed, PubMed Central, SpringerLink, ScienceDirect, Wiley Online Library,  dan  Taylor & Francis Online  untuk artikel periode 2016–2026. Hasil analisis terhadap 15 artikel final menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi DRPs pada pasien TB RO berada pada rentang 58,3% hingga 92,4%. Manifestasi DRPs yang dominan mencakup  adverse drug reactions  (ADR), interaksi obat, ketidaksesuaian dosis,  medication non-adherenceuntreated indication , dan  monitoring failure . Linezolid dan Bedaquiline teridentifikasi sebagai kontributor utama kejadian DRPs, didukung oleh pengaruh obat lain seperti clofazimine dan delamanid. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan  pharmaceutical care  dan keterlibatan aktif farmasis klinis sangat krusial dalam deteksi dini serta penanganan problem farmakoterapi guna meningkatkan keberhasilan terapi dan mencegah  loss to follow up.
