Penelitian Global tentang Akupresur untuk Manajemen Nyeri: Tinjauan Bibliometrik Keperawatan

Pendahuluan: Pengembangan bidang ilmu keperawatan saat ini memerlukan suatu tinjauan sintesis yang berfokus pada efikasi yang menunjukkan siapa yang membentuk bidang ilmu tentang akupresur dan nyeri, di mana kolaborasi terkonsentrasi, dan populasi nyeri mana yang mendominasi penelitian. Perlunya penyediaan peta literatur akupresur yang spesifik untuk nyeri dan berorientasi pada keperawatan, serta agenda praktis untuk translasi penelitian di masa mendatang. Tujuan: Untuk memetakan pertumbuhan publikasi, sumber-sumber berpengaruh, pola kolaborasi, dan struktur tematik dalam literatur tentang akupresur untuk manajemen nyeri dan untuk mengidentifikasi prioritas untuk penelitian dan praktik keperawatan. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan tinjauan literatur bibliometrik. Catatan yang diindeks Scopus tentang akupresur dan manajemen nyeri diambil menggunakan strategi pencarian yang telah ditentukan. Artikel dan ulasan berbahasa Inggris disaring untuk relevansi topikal dan kelengkapan metadata. Indikator bibliometrik deskriptif dihitung, dan pemetaan sains dilakukan menggunakan analisis yang setara dengan VOSviewer dari kemunculan bersama kata kunci, kepenulisan bersama penulis, dan kolaborasi negara dengan penghitungan lengkap. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah Scopus mencakup dokumen yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2012 dan 2022. Hasil: Dari 581 catatan yang awalnya diambil, 144 dokumen memenuhi kriteria kelayakan. Dataset ini terdiri dari 131 artikel dan 13 ulasan yang diterbitkan dalam 81 jurnal, dengan total 1.381 kutipan dan rata-rata 9,59 kutipan per dokumen. Aktivitas publikasi mencapai puncaknya pada tahun 2021. Jurnal yang paling produktif adalah Evidence-based Complementary and Alternative Medicine; penulis yang paling produktif adalah Yeh, C.H. dan Chien, L.-C.; dan negara yang paling produktif adalah Iran dan Amerika Serikat. Empat klaster tematik utama muncul: nyeri obstetri/reproduksi, nyeri muskuloskeletal kronis, nyeri perioperatif/prosedural, dan beban gejala/kualitas hidup. Kesimpulan: Penelitian tentang akupresur untuk manajemen nyeri semakin berkembang dan beragam secara klinis, tetapi bidang ini masih terfragmentasi secara metodologis. Kolaborasi internasional yang lebih kuat, standardisasi protokol yang lebih jelas, dan studi yang lebih berfokus pada implementasi diperlukan sebelum temuan dapat diterjemahkan secara lebih konsisten ke dalam praktik keperawatan.
