Analisis Spasial Distribusi Apotek dalam Pemerataan Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Kawasan Perkotaan

Latar Belakang: Pelayanan kefarmasian berperan penting dalam menjamin akses masyarakat terhadap obat dan layanan farmasi. Namun, distribusi apotek di kawasan perkotaan masih belum merata sehingga memengaruhi akses pelayanan kefarmasian. Tujuan: Kajian ini bertujuan menganalisis distribusi spasial apotek terhadap pemerataan pelayanan kefarmasian di kawasan perkotaan. Metode: Studi literatur dilakukan dengan menelaah penelitian terkait distribusi apotek, akses pelayanan kefarmasian, kepadatan penduduk, dan pemanfaatan Geographic Information System (GIS) dalam analisis spasial. Hasil: kajian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi apotek cenderung terpusat di wilayah urban padat penduduk, pusat aktivitas ekonomi, dan area yang dekat dengan fasilitas kesehatan. Sementara itu, wilayah pinggiran kota masih memiliki akses pelayanan kefarmasian yang terbatas akibat jumlah apotek yang lebih sedikit, jarak tempuh yang jauh, serta keterbatasan transportasi. Analisis spasial berbasis GIS dinilai efektif dalam mengidentifikasi pola persebaran apotek, tingkat aksesibilitas masyarakat, serta wilayah yang mengalami kesenjangan pelayanan. Simpulan: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tata ruang kota, kepadatan penduduk, dan akses transportasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap pemerataan pelayanan kefarmasian, sehingga diperlukan kajian literatur mengenai Analisis Spasial Distribusi Apotek terhadap Pemerataan Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Kawasan Perkotaan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai pola distribusi apotek, tingkat aksesibilitas pelayanan kefarmasian, dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pemerataan pelayanan di berbagai wilayah perkotaan.
