Abstract

Burnout merupakan kondisi kelelahan kerja yang sering dialami tenaga kesehatan akibat tekanan kerja yang tinggi, terutama pada situasi krisis dan epidemi kesehatan. Kondisi tersebut dapat memengaruhi job performance tenaga kesehatan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan burnout dengan job performance pada Tim Pelayanan Krisis dan Epidemi Kesehatan Banjarbaru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Variabel burnout diukur menggunakan Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), sedangkan job performance diukur menggunakan Indonesian version of Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 26 melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, dan uji korelasi Spearman rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara burnout dengan job performance dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,298 dan signifikansi 0,021 (p<0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi burnout, job performance cenderung menurun. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi manajemen stres dan dukungan organisasi untuk membantu mengurangi burnout sehingga job performance dapat dipertahankan atau ditingkatkan.
