About the Journal

The Journal of Integrative Health & Community Sciences is a peer-reviewed journal covering all areas of the health sciences, from basic research to clinical and experimental work, and to community empowerment reports. This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

The journal categorizes articles into Original, Systematic reviews/Meta-analysis (NOT simple Review), Case Report, Short communication, and Letter to the Editor.

This journal presents the results of community service research based on various methodologies, including Participatory Action Research (PAR), Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), Community-Based Research (CBR), Service Learning, and Community Development. Especially in efforts to support the success of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
