Analisis Faktor Dominan Stres Akademik dan Implikasinya terhadap Kualitas Hidup Mahasiswa Farmasi Universitas Lampung

Stres akademik merupakan salah satu masalah yang banyak dialami mahasiswa dan berpotensi memengaruhi kualitas hidup, khususnya pada mahasiswa bidang kesehatan yang memiliki tuntutan akademik tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan tingkat stres akademik dengan kualitas hidup mahasiswa Program Studi Farmasi Universitas Lampung. Penelitian menggunakan desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 272 mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Tingkat stres akademik diukur menggunakan kuesioner PAS, sedangkan kualitas hidup diukur menggunakan WHOQOL-BREF yang meliputi domain fisik, psikologis, hubungan sosial, dan lingkungan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Kruskal Wallis untuk mengetahui perbedaan skor kualitas hidup berdasarkan tingkat stres akademik. Sebanyak 8 responden (2,9%) memiliki stres akademik ringan, 192 responden (70,6%) stres sedang, dan 72 responden (26,5%) stres tinggi. Skor kualitas hidup tertinggi terdapat pada domain lingkungan (70,93 ± 13,78) dan terendah pada domain hubungan sosial (61,18 ± 16,78). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat stres akademik dengan seluruh domain kualitas hidup (p < 0,001). Tingkat stres akademik paling dominan dipengaruhi oleh periode ujian dan berhubungan signifikan dengan kualitas hidup mahasiswa, di mana semakin tinggi stres akademik maka semakin rendah kualitas hidup.
