Analisis Perbedaan Kadar Asam Urat dan Gula Darah Puasa pada Wanita Dewasa Normal-Weight Lean dengan Normal-Weight Obesity dan Obesitas Berusia 30-45 Tahun

Abstrak

Studi terbaru mengenai peningkatan obesitas di seluruh dunia terkait erat dengan peningkatan risiko penyakit kronis. Risiko kardiometabolik pada Normal-Weight Lean (NWL), Normal-Weight Obesity (NWO) dan obesitas masih kurang diteliti di Indonesia. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis perbedaan kadar asam urat dan gula darah puasa (GDP) pada individu NWL dibandingkan dengan NWO dan obesitas akibat adanya pengaruh persentase lemak tubuh atau Body Fat Percentage (BFP) berlebih pada NWO dapat mengakibatkan inflamasi tingkat rendah dan respon oksidatif, Penelitian secara cross sectional terhadap 107 orang wanita berusia 30-45 tahun di Kota Padang, yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Subjek diukur tinggi badan, berat badan, dan BFP dengan bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) dan sampel darah diperiksa untuk menganalisis asam urat dan GDP⸺analisis statistic data univariat dan bivariat dilakukan secara komputerisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan wanita NWO sejumlah 20 orang (18,7%) dengan mayoritas berusia 38,4±5,0 tahun, sudah menikah dengan tingkat pendidikan terakhir SMA/sederajat, dan tidak bekerja. Rerata BFP subjek adalah 34,9%, dan IMT 27,5 kg/m2. Rerata kadar asam urat NWO yaitu 5,06 ± 0,66 mg/dL dan rerata kadar GDP pada NWO yaitu 76,84 ± 14,4 mg/dL. Hasil uji statistik non parametrik dengan uji Kruskal-Wallis menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kadar asam urat (p= 0,061) dan GDP (p=0,797) antara responden NWL dengan NWO dan obesitas. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik kadar asam urat dan GDP antara NWL, NWO dan obesitas pada wanita berusia 30-45 tahun.
