Tingkat Kelelahan Fisik dan Mental Relawan pada Respon Bencana di Aceh

Abstrak

Kelelahan fisik dan mental merupakan masalah kesehatan kerja yang umum terjadi pada relawan tanggap bencana akibat tuntutan kerja yang tinggi, jam kerja yang panjang, dan waktu pemulihan yang terbatas. Kondisi ini dapat menurunkan kinerja dan meningkatkan risiko kesalahan operasional selama respons darurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat kelelahan fisik dan mental pada relawan tanggap bencana di Aceh serta menganalisis hubungan dengan durasi kerja harian, lama istirahat dalam 24 jam terakhir, dan durasi aktivitas fisik berat. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei daring yang melibatkan 35 relawan yang terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan tanggap bencana di Aceh. Tingkat kelelahan diukur menggunakan Fatigue Assessment Scale. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan distribusi kelelahan, sedangkan analisis bivariat dengan uji chi square digunakan untuk menilai hubungan antarvariabel. Sebagian besar relawan mengalami tingkat kelelahan rendah hingga sedang. Ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kelelahan dengan durasi kerja harian serta lama istirahat dalam 24 jam terakhir, dengan nilai p kurang dari 0,05. Tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara durasi aktivitas fisik berat dengan tingkat kelelahan, dengan nilai p lebih dari 0,05. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengaturan jam kerja dan pemenuhan waktu istirahat yang cukup untuk melindungi kesehatan relawan.
